RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

For U.S. customers, product(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Product(s) must be in new, sellable condition along with original packaging. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund will be applied to reflect the damage and condition of the product(s). All items are thoroughly inspected on return. Please note refunds can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the returned product(s). In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

For non-U.S. customersYOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the cost of your return.

Exchanges must be requested WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges through Happy Returns can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, but not a completely different item. Please note exchanges can take up to seven (7) days of receipt of the exchange product(s).

For non-U.S. customers, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the cost of your exchange, including reshipment costs.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US? 

All orders that are returned should be sent back suitably and sufficiently packaged. This means using an appropriate size box or bag along with padding, so that the product is not damaged in transit. Products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging will be charged at a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.  

RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM? 

First off, we're sorry to hear you have received a damaged item! Please note, we must be notified within 3 business days of the damaged items.

  • Date of Purchase
  • Photos that show:
  1. The damage as clearly as possible
  2. Full-length photo of the item

RETURNING AN ITEM YOU BOUGHT AT AN EVENT

These are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with the following details: 

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Event name and date
  • Delivery address
  • Photograph or scanned copy of your receipt
